Decent.
Central location, walking distance from Dotonbori, shopping streets and train station. offers free breakfast (mostly same menu of eggs, sausage, bread and salad but they have 2 main dishes which they change everyday. Its good enough to start your day of sightseeing. Cheapest hotel here at booking.com but very decent.
Hotel building is quite old and hotel rooms are quite small but they keep it very clean.

Exactly what we needed for a short stay
We stayed for one night, location was ideal to enjoy the night life of Osaka, a tasting in the famous fish market and the great food. Breakfast was included rich and tasty. The staff invraisemblables generate and pleasant.
Rooms are very small but it worth the other advantages of our stay
